United Human Rights Foundation Society (UHRFS) informs that we have formed a consortium with various NGO members in the interest of public to find out the Corporate player who are indulged in Insider Trading and Unfair Trade Practice. We are doing research to find out who all are making illegal gains at the cost of common investor, by indulging in Insider Trading on the basis of possession of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI).

In our research and investigation, it was found that Mr. Uday Suresh Kotak was indulging in Insider Trading having all Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and took advantages of such information and made illegal gain through Associate/Subsidiaries Companies of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.

Being appointed as a Chairman of IL& FS, Mr. Uday Suresh Kotak had all Unpublished Price Sensitive Information. Mr. Uday Suresh Kotak was having the knowledge that IL&FS will offload the equity of the Zee Group of Companies and other borrowers of IL&FS who had also pledged their shares with IL&FS, in the market. Therefore, he designed  the chart for illegal gain by Insider Trading. He had played mischief and started ‘short selling’ of shares of Zee Group of Companies in the market by his holding companies.

IL&FS offloaded the equity of the Zee Group of Companies in the market due to which the price of Equity Shares of Zee Group of Companies fell. Interestingly, Mr. Uday Suresh Kotak had already done short selling of these shares, therefore, he covered up requisite number of shares by purchasing shares at lesser price through his companies.

Due to the manipulation and illegalities of Mr. Uday Suresh Kotak and his holding companies the prices of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited fell by a huge margin thus creating loss and downfall of the market value of the companies.

UHRFS has challenged the appointment & extension of Mr. Uday Suresh Kotak as a Chairman of IL&FS. The appointment of Mr. Uday Suresh Kotak as Chairman of IL&FS was illegal and not in the interest of IL&FS and investors due to the following-

• Uday Suresh Kotak had made illegal gains from trading in the shares of ZEE Group of Companies by having possession of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information by IL&FS.
• Because of its irregularities and frauds Kotak Mahindra Bank is already facing thousands of cases before various courts and forums.
• Moreover, when Mr. Uday Suresh Kotak was appointed as the Chairman of IL&FS in 2018 there was already a FIR registered in the year 2015 against him in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh by one Som Group and for which Mr. Uday Suresh Kotak had also approached Hon’ble High Court of Madhya Pradesh for the anticipatory bail, where their plea was dismissed. Then they approached the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India but again their plea was not allowed. But despite the same, he managed to get hold of the position of the Chairmanship of IL&FS.
• Santosh Kumar Bagla has also got registered an FIR against Kotak Mahindra Bank and its Senior Officials against the illegalities done by them against Mr. Bhupendra Bagla.
• The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) had also slapped a penalty of Rs. 2 Crores on Kotak Mahindra Bank, for the non-state lender’s failure to adhere to the regulator’s diktat on Promoter shareholding.

That the Representation/Complaint dated 02.12.2020 on the illegalities of Mr. Uday Suresh Kotak being the Chairman of IL&FS was sent by UHRFS to The Chairman of SEBI, The Chairman of BSE, The Chairman of NSE, Governor of RBI, Finance Secretary, Secretary (Banking), Secretary of Corporate Affairs giving copy to various high Authorities of India such as the Hon’ble President of India, the Hon’ble Prime Minister etc. to form a committee and the investigation for the illegalities of Mr. Uday Suresh Kotak being the Chairman of IL&FS.

Lastly, as there are investors from PAN India, UHRFS has also sent Representation/Complaint dated 03.12.2020 on the illegalities of Mr. Uday Suresh Kotak being the Chairman of IL&FS was sent by UHRFS to all the Chief Ministers and Governors of India praying for directing BSE, NSE, SEBI and RBI for forming a committee to investigate in the matter and meanwhile removing Mr. Uday Suresh Kotak from the Chairmanship of IL&FS. In this regard some of the states have also taken cognizance and have got complaints registered for the same.

केंद्रीय मंत्री एस जयशंकर ने ऑनलाइन कार्यक्रम ‘किताब’ में अनुभवी पत्रकार प्रेम प्रकाश की पुस्तक “रिपोर्टिंग इंडिया: मेरे सात दशकों के अनुभव पर आधारित’’ का लोकार्पण किया

21 दिसंबर 2020, कोलकाता / नई दिल्ली:  केंद्र सरकार में विदेश मंत्री श्री सुब्रह्मण्यम जयशंकर ने अनुभवी पत्रकार प्रेम प्रकाश द्वारा लिखी ”रिपोर्टिंग इंडिया: मेरे सात दशकों के अनुभव पर आधारित” पुस्तक का ऑनलाइन बुक लॉन्च कार्यक्रम ‘किताब’ में इसका लोकार्पण किया। पेंगुइन इंडिया के सहयोग से कोलकाता के प्रभा खेतान फाउंडेशन (पीकेएफ) द्वारा इस ऑनलाइन कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया था। देशभर से प्रख्यात साहित्यकार, विद्वान, पुस्तक प्रेमी, छात्र और बड़ी संख्या में वरिष्ठ पत्रकार इस ऑनलाइन कार्यक्रम में में शामिल हुए थे।

लेखक प्रेम प्रकाश के साथ पैनलिस्ट शीला भट्ट और सुशांत सरीन की मौजूदगी में पीकेएफ की सुश्री आकृती पेरीवाल ने सत्र की शुरुआत की। एक घंटे से ज्यादा चलनेवाले इस ऑनलाइन कार्यक्रम का समापन  श्री वेंकट नारायण के धन्यवाद ज्ञापन के साथ हुआ।

विदेश मंत्री सुब्रह्मण्यम जयशंकर ने प्रेम प्रकाश द्वारा सात दशकों के पत्रकारीय अनुभव पर आधारित इस पुस्तक पर कहा:  प्रेम प्रकाश की पुस्तक वास्तव में उनके जीवन की बड़ी उपलब्धि है। वह कुछ कभी ना भुलानेवाली घटनाओं के दौरान देश के लोगों की स्थिति एवं देश की छवि को इस पुस्तक के जरिये पेश करने की कोशिश की है। वह हमेशा वास्तविक स्थिति में रहकर अलग सोचते हैं। देश की विभिन्न घटनाओं का रिकॉर्डर हमेशा उनके मन में ताजा रहा है। उनकी पुस्तक एक व्यापक प्रवाह है जिसे आज की युवा पीढ़ी को उस अतीत के युग के वार्तालाप को अवश्य पढ़कर पहले के युग की जानकारी रखनी चाहिए।”

प्रेम प्रकाश, जिन्होंने 1971 में भारतीय समाचार एजेंसी एशियन न्यूज नेटवर्क (एएनआई) की स्थापना की। जो भारत और विदेशी मीडिया घरानों को सिंडिकेटेड मल्टी-मीडिया न्यूज़फ़ीड प्रदान करती है। उनका कहना है कि हिंदी-चीनी भाई-भाई का नारा अब बकवास लगता है। अतीत के दिनों में चीनियों के प्रति भारत की रणनीति एवं विचारों को एक तरह के रूमानियत के रूप में वर्णित किया जा सकता है। हमने तिब्बत के लिए अपना सबकुछ छोड़ दिया, जबकि चीनी अपनी संप्रभुता पर जोर देकर अब तिब्बत पर पूरी तरह से कब्जा करने की फिराक में लगे हैं।

लेखक, जो एक पत्रकार के रूप में पहली बार 1962 में हुए भारत- चीन सीमायुद्ध के दौरान भारतीय सेना की दयनीय स्थिति को देख चुके थे, उन्होंने अपनी हालिया पुस्तक में कहा है कि, नेहरू व्यक्तिगत रूप से इस पराजय के लिए जिम्मेदार थे, क्योंकि उन्होंने अपने कार्यकाल की शुरुआत में भारत के सशस्त्र बलों के आधुनिकीकरण को नजरंदाज किया था। नेहरू मानते थे कि कूटनीतिक स्तर पर बातचीत जारी रखने पर युद्ध कभी नहीं हो सकता है, लेकिन चीन की तरफ से इसके विपरित युद्ध के तौर पर आक्रामक रूख देखा गया। भारत-चीन युद्ध के बाद 20 महीनों के दौरान भारतीय सशस्त्र बलों को पुनर्जीवित करने और अत्याधुनिक हथियारों से लैस कर मजबूत सेना के गठन का प्रयास शुरू किया गया।

प्रेम प्रकाश ने कहा कि, अफगानिस्तान पहले क्या हुआ करता था और उसका अभी भविष्य क्या है, अफगानिस्तान के अभी की स्थिति को याद करने से काफी दुख की अनुभूति होती है। कई मामलों में अफगानिस्तान कोल्ड वार का शिकार होने से पहले भारत से काफी आगे रहा करता था। लेकिन इस्लाम खतरे में है, का नारा अफगानिस्तान में इस्लामिक कट्टरवाद की स्थापना के लिए किया गया, और अब अफगानिस्तान को हमारी मदद की जरूरत है। भारत को एक बड़ा देश होने के कारण हमें यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि हम उनकी मदद करें। हमें यह पूछने का हक है कि, चाबहार बंदरगाह को कार्यात्मक बनाने में इतना समय क्यों लग रहा है? यह भारत के हित में है कि अफगानिस्तान को खुशहाल दिनों में वापस पहुंचाने के लिए कारगर कदम उठाया जाये। तालिबान के गलत सोच एवं फैसले ने अफगानिस्तान को प्रगति से काफी दूर वापस पाषाण युग के अंधेरे में धकेल दिया है।

आज की पत्रकारिता की गुणवत्ता पर श्री प्रकाश ने कहा, मौजूदा समय में कई बड़े संस्थान मार्केट में हैं। उन्हें अपने युवा पत्रकारों को अपने क्षेत्र में जाकर बहुत कुछ पढ़कर, तथ्यों के मुताबिक रिपोर्ट करने पर जोर देना चाहिए।

प्रेम प्रकाश उन कुछ गिने-चुने पत्रकारों में से हैं जिन्होंने सात दशकों के अपने शानदार करियर में भारत के सभी प्रधानमंत्रियों से साक्षात्कार ले चुके हैं। उन्होंने अपने जीवन को खतरे में डालते हुए बांग्लादेश के अंदर से 1971 के बांग्लादेश मुक्ति युद्ध की सूचना दी थी। वह कुछ ऐतिहासिक घटनाओं जैसे गोवा, भारत-चीन सीमा युद्ध, भारत-पाकिस्तान युद्ध, भोपाल गैस त्रासदी, कोलंबो में राजीव गांधी पर हमले और एक फोटोग्राफर, रिपोर्टर और कैमरामैन के रूप में पत्रकारिता कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने प्राकृतिक आपदाओं के साथ विद्रोहियों को देखा है जिसका जिक्र उन्होंने अपनी पुस्तक में भी विस्तार से किया हैं।

हम अभी भी भारत के साथ पूरी दुनिया को पश्चिमी सभ्यता के संवाददाता की दृष्टिकोण से देखते हैं। मैं अबतक यह समझने में असफल रहा कि भारतीय मीडिया घराने, जो भारी मुनाफा कमाते हैं, विदेशों में अपने संवाददाताओं को नियुक्त करने में असफल क्यों रहते हैं, हमेशा वे वहां के संवाददाताओं पर आश्रित रहकर भारत में विदेशी दृष्टिकोण से उन देशों के समाचार प्रस्तुत करते हैं।

After talking to Pooja on this  It was great experience shooting my first commercial video. The best part of the video was the supporting cast was my own family members.

The director Arzad Naaz came home to discuss about my looks and he met my family members and he was so happy after meeting them and decided to cast them as the supporting cast.

San J : I was sitting in my studio one day before Diwali and suddenly it strike my mind I should make some song for family and festival . You ll not believe I made the track in 2 hours and I called Naaz Bhai (Arzad Naaz) and made him listen to the track. He was so happy and said let’s do this.

The song is slated on the Christmas bash with loads of color and happiness.

प्रभा खेतान फाउंडेशन स्वर्गीय प्रभा खेतान के जीवन और कार्यों से प्रेरित और निर्देशित है। पिछले कुछ दशकों में, पीकेएफ ने दुनिया भर में प्रतिष्ठित एवं प्रतिभाशाली सम्मानीय लोगों और कई अन्य संगठनों के साथ जुड़कर सांस्कृतिक क्षेत्र में एक मजबूत नेटवर्क के रूप में बहुत सारी सांस्कृतिक पूंजी बनाई है।

अपने जीवन के अनुभव पर प्रकाश डालते हुए श्री गडकरी ने कहा, “जो लोग गरीबों के लिए अच्छा काम करते हैं, उन्हें उनका आशीर्वाद मिलता है। वर्ष 2004 में नागपुर के पास मै एक सड़क हादसे का शिकार हो गया था। वहां खड़े सभी लोगों ने इस दुर्घटना को देखा, सभी लोगों को ऐसा लगा कि इस दुर्घटना में कोई भी बच नहीं सकता है। हालांकि, मैं, मेरी पत्नी, बेटी, बेटा, निजी सहायक और चालक बच गए। मैं लोगों को बताना चाहता हूं, कि मैंने हजारों हृदय रोगियों को चिकित्सा के लिए सहायता प्राप्त करने में मदद की थी, और कई दिव्यांगों को कृत्रिम अंग प्रदान करवाया हैं। मुझे लगता है कि यह उनके सामूहिक आशीर्वाद का फल था जिसके कारण हम बच गए।”

The competition was being organised by Aster Fine Arty Education in North Goa panjim at The Fern Kadamba  on 28th November 2020 Saturday evening .

भोजपुरी सिनेमा जगत की कई सुपरहिट फिल्मों में मधुर संगीत दे चुके सुप्रसिद्ध संगीतकार छोटे बाबा अब सिंगर के साथ-साथ ऐक्टर भी बन गए हैं। जी हां भोजपुरी संगीतकार छोटे बाबा बसही ने अब एक नई पहल किया है और वह अपना पहला म्यूज़िक विडियो “लालटेन 2.0” लेकर आ गए हैं। जिसे उन्होंने खुद गाया भी गई और एक्टिंग भी की है। म्यूज़िक टोन द्वारा यह गाना रिलीज किया गया है। इस गाने की विशेषता यह है कि इसमें छोटे बाबा बसही तीन विदेशी मॉडल्स के साथ डांस करते नजर आ रहे हैं। शुक्रवार को ये गाना रिलीज हुआ है, जिसे खूब पसंद किया जा रहा है।

आज के युवा दर्शकों के लिए छोटे बाबा बसही का यह एलबम एक शानदार गिफ्ट है, जो लोगो को काफी पसंद आ रहा है। संगीतकार, गायक से एक्टर बने छोटे बाबा बसही के इस लैवेश सांग को डायरेक्ट किया है विभांशु तिवारी ने, जो पंजाबी म्यूज़िक वीडियो के क्षेत्र में बहुत बड़ा नाम हैं। इस स्पेशल सांग के बारे में विडियो डायरेक्टर कहते हैं “इस गाने की खासियत यह है कि इसमें एक भोजपुरी लोक गीत को वेस्टर्न टच दिया गया है। छोटे बाबा ने इसे गाया है और वह पहली बार किसी विडियो में परफॉर्म भी कर रहे हैं। अब वह परफॉर्मेंस के क्षेत्र में भी कदम रख दिया है। इस वीडियो की शूटिंग दिल्ली में की गई है। इसमें साउथ अफ्रीका की मॉडल एलीना ने छोटे बाबा के साथ परफॉर्म किया है। इसमें दो रशियन मॉडल्स एनीका, गेलीना भी नजर आ रही हैं। इसको बिल्कुल फिल्मी अंदाज में शूट किया गया है। पंजाबी एलबम्स के बड़े डीओपी शाकिर अली ने इस गाने का फिल्मांकन किया है। कोरियोग्राफर रौनक राउत हैं, जो ढेर सारे पंजाबी म्यूज़िक वीडियो कोरियोग्राफ कर चुके हैं।  छोटे बाबा की स्टाइलिस्ट दीक्षा त्रिपाठी हैं, वह भी पंजाब की मशहूर स्टाइलिस्ट हैं। विडियो के प्रोडक्शन की जिममेदारियां मित्रों प्रोडक्शन ने बखूबी निभाई हैं।”

लालटेन 2.0 के निर्देशक विभांशु तिवारी ने बताया कि शूटिंग के समय ऐसा नहीं लग रहा था कि छोटे बाबा पहली बार विडियो में काम कर रहे हैं क्योंकि वह वर्षो से संगीत जगत में सक्रिय हैं। इनके साथ हम आगे भी कई प्रोजेक्ट्स कर रहे हैं। हमारा लक्ष्य है कि भोजपुरी के लोक गीतों को वेस्टर्न स्टाइल में दर्शको के रूबरू क़िया जाए। खेसारी लाल यादव का कई साल पहले आया एक गीत लालटेन काफी हिट हुआ था, छोटे बाबा ने उसी गीत का रीमेक क़िया है जिसका नाम रखा गया है लालटेन 2.0″।

अब तक लगभग 20 से ज़्यादा पंजाबी म्यूज़िक वीडियो डायरेक्ट कर चुके विभांशु तिवारी बताते हैं कि एक रात को 12 बजे उनके पास छोटे बाबा का फोन आया कि वह इस तरह का एक विडियो बनाना चाहते हैं। इसके म्यूज़िक प्रोग्रामर पंजाब के विख्यात प्रोग्रामर और रैपर जे डी हैं जिन्होंने इसमें रैप भी किया है। एक बात आपको बताऊं कि छोटे बाबा के इस एलबम में पंजाबी म्यूज़िक इंडस्ट्री से जुड़ी कई प्रतिभाओं ने काम किया है लेकिन दिलचस्प पहलू यह है कि वे सारे लोग यूपी बिहार के ही हैं जो पंजाबी म्यूज़िक वीडियो के लिए काम करते आ रहे हैं।

इस सांग को गाया है छोटे बाबा (बसही) और विनी उपाध्याय ने जबकि लिरिक्स आज़ाद सिंह के है और इनके री लिरिक्स लिखे हैं सुमित चंद्रवंशी ने। इसका मिक्स मास्टर सागर भाटिया ने किया है। म्यूज़िक प्रोड्युसर और रैपर जयदीप वर्मा जे डी हैं। इस एलबम का कांसेप्ट और डायरेक्शन विभांशु तिवारी का है। इस शानदार विडियो में छोटे बाबा एक रॉक स्टार और रैपर के लुक मेे दिखाई दे रहे हैं। नए गाने के बोल बहुत प्यारे हैं।
